Schwab Foundation visits Copreci

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming around 25 representatives from the Schwab Foundation to Copreci as part of their journey through the cooperative ecosystem of MONDRAGON Corporation.

Participants from countries as diverse as India, Egypt and the United States visited our facilities on behalf of an organization linked to the World Economic Forum, which promotes and highlights social innovation initiatives and business models with positive global impact.

During the visit, we shared how at Copreci we combine innovation, international competitiveness and the cooperative model, while always maintaining people participation and shared governance as fundamental pillars of our identity.

It was a close and enriching experience, where participants had the opportunity to meet and engage firsthand with “real workers,” as they themselves highlighted during the visit.
